Refund and Returns

Thank you for shopping with HOX I. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return

We accept returns on all quilts, pillows, and bedsheets within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged, altered, or used.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hoxifashionindustries@gmail.com or call +91-9720536614. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief description of why you are returning it.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return unless the item was damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide you with a return label at no additional charge and arrange for a refund or replacement.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or opened bedding products
